Twindows, Inc. Earns NACC

Congratulations to AGI member glazing contractor, Twindows, Inc. The company earned North American Contractor Certification (NACC) effective January 26, 2023. NACC is an ANSI-accredited, award-winning, third-party certification that recognizes architectural glass and metal subcontractors who adhere to best practices for glazing quality, construction safety, and business operations. By earning NACC, Twindows affirmed its voluntary commitment to meeting high construction industry standards.

“NACC is a great process for examining your firm, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and creating a framework to reduce and mitigate these weaknesses in the long run,” explained Twindows Project Manager Nick D’alicandro. “Our quality has improved, we are a safer company, and we are very excited to continue and grow our customer relationships and explain to them what NACC means to us.”

Twindows leadership worked with NACC administrators over several months to undergo a series of rigorous assessments and to implement standard written documents including a quality management system (QMS), a program requirement of all certified contractors. To maintain certification, Twindows will be reevaluated annually to confirm its business and glazing practices remain at the high standards NACC requires.

Glazing contractors can earn the NACC credential in one or more of eight categories based on the company’s operations. Twindows has been certified in interior and entry systems, building envelope low-rise, and interior glazing.
